Fire Marshall Course

MKJB had a Fire Marshall Course for the BKP's, SR's and Hostel AJK's. The course lasted for 3 days and it was held at the Fire Station in KB. The SR's had their's before the holiday, the BKP's & Hostel AJK's just went through the course recently after the holiday. It was from 8th October - 10th October.

On the first day, we had an intense briefing of the course. On the next day, we were learning about the 'Kawad Hydrant 1'. It involves 4 person, 3 hoses, a nozzle, a standpipe, key and bar. It is one of the procedure of how to put out a fire. On the last day, we had a tour around the Fire Station. In the morning we went down the sliding pole, had a demo on some of their equipments. In the afternoon, we played on the flying fox then a demo on how to put out a fire using different types of fire extinguishers and lastly we played bubble bath.

Bowling Night with the Singaporeans

September 20th, Thursday night. Some of the MKJB students were selected for the bowling tournament against the Singaporeans. Around 10 students were selected from MKJB and 10 of the Singaporeans. There were 4 teams competing against each other, 2 teams from MKJB and 2 teams from Singapore. We were only looking for 2 male best players & 2 female best players from MKJB & ITE of Singapore. It was the last night for the Singaporeans here in Brunei. After the bowling tournament, a farewell party was held at Wywy Restaurant in KB.
